It’s been two years since we changed to a 52 week rent period. This means that there are no rent free weeks at Merthyr Valleys Homes – rent is charged each week of the year.

With Christmas approaching we understand there may be pressure to spend out more than you may usually in a month.

The Money Advice Service has a free budget planner which puts you in control of your spending, use the link below to get started today: https://www.moneyadviceservice.org.uk/en/tools/budget-planner

Remember – Merthyr Valleys Homes are also here to support you.
