Coronavirus Support – Be kind to yourself

Without doubt, this is hard time for us all. We need to be kind to ourselves and be kind to each other – we’re all in this together.

We’ve got some tips to help you be kind to yourself:

 

  • You have to look after yourself in order to look after others
  • Eat well, drink plenty of water and undertake some form of exercise – stay healthy
  • Remember to rest and recharge – do something you enjoy!
  • Focus on what you need to do today and don’t over plan – set yourself realistic targets
  • Think about your natural rhythm – do things when you are at your most productive and best
  • Have a sense of achievement when you have finished the tasks
  • Take a step back and reflect on how much the world has changed, and how much you have adapted to change
  • Be kind to yourself – you are doing a great job!
