
Coronavirus Support – Be kind to yourself
Without doubt, this is hard time for us all. We need to be kind to ourselves and be kind to each other – we’re all in this together.
We’ve got some tips to help you be kind to yourself:
- You have to look after yourself in order to look after others
- Eat well, drink plenty of water and undertake some form of exercise – stay healthy
- Remember to rest and recharge – do something you enjoy!
- Focus on what you need to do today and don’t over plan – set yourself realistic targets
- Think about your natural rhythm – do things when you are at your most productive and best
- Have a sense of achievement when you have finished the tasks
- Take a step back and reflect on how much the world has changed, and how much you have adapted to change
- Be kind to yourself – you are doing a great job!
