Our partner organisation, Bell Group, are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. The Office Administrator will be responsible for various administration duties which involve; data entry, answering phone calls, placing orders with suppliers, maintaining training records, maintaining company records and assisting with adherence to company quality procedures.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they have good literacy and IT Skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel. The candidate will also need to have a flexible attitude, have the ability to work within a team as well as having good communication skills.

Having recently become the first employee and tenant mutual in Wales there could not be a more exciting time to join Merthyr Valleys Homes.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Property Services Team on a Permanent basis. The Customer Liaison Officer will act in a liaison capacity with customers and Contractors to support all Repairs, Maintenance and capital improvement programs. They will also deal with any issues arising from disputes regarding Assets Maintenance and Repairs work programmes as well as supporting and leading with projects where requested.
The successful candidate will need experience of working with face to face with customers in a customer service focussed environment. They will also need to have experience in dealing with external partners and have a good general understanding of the Social Housing environment.
