How to Pay Your Rent

By paying your rent on time, you help us to provide the best possible service to you. There are lots of ways that you can pay your rent. If you have any questions, contact us.

How to pay

– Direct Debit

Paying by direct debit is really easy to set up. You can arrange it with us over the phone or fill in the direct debit form. If you need help completing the form, contact us on freephone 0800 085 7843 or call into our offices at Martin Evans House.

If you pay rent by direct debit and don’t miss a payment for a full year we will give you an annual discount of £48.

 – Online

Pay Rent Online. Follow the step-by-step guide to pay your rent and other service charges. You will need the reference number on your swipe card.

– Post Offices

You can pay your rent at a Post Office free of charge. You can pay by cash, debit card or by cheque, making your cheques payment to ‘Post Offices Ltd.’ Remember to take your rent payment swipe card with you.  

– Pay Point/Payzone

You can pay at any Pay Point outlet free of charge. You can pay by cash or debit card at any Pay Point outlet in the UK and many are open 24 hours a day. Visit the Pay Point to find your nearest pay point for you.

 – By phone

You can pay your rent over the phone between 8:30am and 5pm, simply call us on freephone 0800 085 7843 and have your debit or credit card details ready. We may record your calls for training purposes
