The service

We want to offer a high-quality service that is flexible enough to meet your needs. To achieve this, we will:

  • Involve tenants in the review of repairs priority categories, target times and tenant satisfaction
  • Provide appointments, where possible, for repair work
  • Carry out routine repairs at convenient times
  • Ensure workmen are professional, polite and clean up once they have completed a job
  • Provide a 24-hour emergency service, 365 days a year
  • Ensure the standard of the work and materials is of good quality.
