Report a repair online
As well as being able to report your repairs by telephone, in person and by e-mail, we have also made available the opportunity for you to report your repairs on-line.
Please complete as much information in the boxes below as possible, some fields have to be filled in and you will not be able to submit the request without them. It is however important that you provide us with a telephone number in case we need to contact you urgently, or we need to make an appointment for access to carry out the repair. After completing the form please click the submit button at the bottom of the form. Details will then be received by our Customer Services Contact Centre during normal working hours.
Once we have received your details, we will acknowledge your request, advising you the priority status of your repair, confirming an estimated time for completion, unless the job requires inspection. The acknowledgement letter will also advise you the date when the repair was reported, the nature of the complaint and the job number. It is important that you keep this acknowledgement safe, because you will need to quote this job number in the event of any future queries that you may have.
