Q What is the survey?

We are conducting a tenant satisfaction survey in 2022. A third party organisation is managing this on our behalf – they are called ARP Research.

As a mutual, keeping in touch with our tenants, employees and local community is of great importance to us at MVH.

The Democratic Body, are here to act on behalf of our Members and in their best interests by working with the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team to make key decisions and influence activities throughout our mutual.

We’re delighted (and excited!) to tell you all that our Democratic Body have appointed Chris Bolton as our new Chair of the Board.
