Q What is the survey?
MVH is conducting a tenant satisfaction survey in December 2023. This survey is carried out every 1-2 years and is based on a standard survey from the Welsh Government. The survey is used by all Housing Associations across Wales to measure satisfaction and to be able to compare with one other.
Merthyr Valleys Homes has been working with other Registered Social Landlords and tenants across Wales to create, eCymru, a housing portal connecting the Welsh community. eCymru is a platform that offers events, engagement, and e-learning opportunities that can help tenants live happier and healthier lives.
Along with their Gas Service partner, Liberty, Merthyr Valleys Homes will be knocking on the doors of tenants who are due an Annual Gas Safety Check and sharing simple steps on how to keep safe.
